NB - From autumn 2010, the business of the Governing
Board was continued through its Executive, chaired
by the acting CE of HoBPCT, to overse an independent
review of the Perinatal Institute and to advise on
the new governance arrangements required to align
the Institute with the profound changes in the NHS.
Further details will be posted in autumn 2011.
